Ovim projektom u gradskom središtu, u povijesnoj „Zvijezdi“, nastalo je, kako neki kažu zbog nestručnog izvođenja radova, niz oštećenja na zgradama, što je izazvalo nezadovoljstvo građana. Iz ViK Karlovac, kažu da će sve štete biti namirene i oštećene zgrade sanirane.
