PRESUDA ZA SABORSKO. BILO JE I VRIJEME.
Vrhovni sud potvrdio je danas prvostupanjesku presudu Županijskog suda u Rijeci, kojom je pripadnik srpskih „teritorijalaca“ Đ. J. u odsutnosti nepravomoćno osuđen na 15 godina zatvora zbog ratnog zločina nad civilima i uništavanja kulturnih i povijesnih spomenika u Saborskom, u studenom 1991. godine.
Vrhovni sud je precizirao da je okrivljeni Đ. J. pri ulasku u selo nakon savladavanja otpora, zajedno sa još dvojicom muškaraca rukovodio vojnim postrojbama i zapovijedio likvidaciju hrvatskih civila, rušenje kuća, sakralnih objogata i pljačku imovine. Pritom je ubijeno najmanje 32 civila, porušen dio domaćinstava, opljačkana imovina i srušena mjesna župna crkva.
Informacija je ovo koja je danas stigla na adrese medija. Čovjek jednostavno ne može ne postaviti pitanje – ŠTO SE JE DO SADA ČEKALO.
Trideset godina prošlo je od tragedije Saborskog, i tek sada, hrvatska vlast počinje pravno djelovati. Oprostite na prostom vokabularu, ali j..em i državu, i vlast, i pravni sustav, koji 30 godina čeka da se barem na ovaj način pokloni žrtvama Saborskog. I zatraži pravdu i kaznu za zločince. Osuđenom Đ. J. , sada, nakon proteklog vremena, mogu samo staviti soli na rep.
Zanimljivo je i činjenica, da se ime osuđenoga ne navodi punim imenom i prezimenom, nego inicijalima. Kao pravno, štiti ga se. I ako mještani znaju svakog zločinca, i po imenu, i prezemenu, i nadimku. Jer to su njihovi najbliži „komšije“. Pravna država, poštujući valjda pravne norme, čeka da presuda postane pravomoćna i onda objavi se potpuni identitet zločinca Đ. J.
