Biciklizam je zaista lijep i koristan, a s vaterpolom spada među najteže sportove. Neko vrijeme, i sam sam nešto glumatao biciklistu, s najdužom turom do Plaškoga i natrag. Poslije te „avanture“, tri dana nisam mogao normalno sjediti. Pri usponu na Modruš, preko Golog brda (525 m ), nekoliko sam puta silazio i odmarao. I kada jučer pogledam face profil ogulinske biciklističke legende, Ivana Puškarića – Studija, koji je „jahao“ na preko 2 tisuće metara po Alpama, moje vozikanje je dječja igra.
Naš Studio je s Željkom Magdićem odvozio i humanitarnu turu - od Ogulina pa, ni manje ni više, nego čak do Albanije.

S Željkom Magdićem 2017-te humanitarna vožnja do Albanije i povratak kroz Bosnu i Hercegovinu preko Sarajeva, Banja Luke i Bihaća. Isto sa Željkom 2019-te humanitarna vožnja za Rim, a odustali smo u Veneciji zbog mojeg pada i natečene šake. Obje humanitarne vožnje ostvarile su uspjeh i skupila su se sredstva za oboljelu djecu.
S Goranom Stipetićem nekoliko puta u Međugorje, te smo okolo uz granicu Republike Hrvatske odvozili cijelu Hrvatsku. Isto tako smo u jednom danu odvozili rutu Ogulin-Zagreb-Sisak-Slunj-Ogulin dugačku 300km i Ogulin-Vukovar u duljini od 405 km. 2017,18 i 19 godine, dosta kilometara sam odvozio i u Manchesteru (Engleska), posebno često sam vozio do obadva nogometna stadiona.
I još puno vožnji odvozio sam s ostalim biciklistima: Krunoslav Turković, Andria Pavičić, Maja Mamula Salijević, Ivanka Puškarić, Branka Puškarić, Nel i Nada, Đurđa i Norbet, Vedran Puškarić, Antonio Puškarić, Dorian Stipetić, Zdenko Trninić, Ivan Jolan, Marino Boban, Milan Medved, Dražen Piškur, Ive Žagar, Maroje Sušac, Josip Šprem, Robert Pavičić, Veljko Grba, Zrinko Županić, Nikica Stipetić, Milan Salopek, Vedran Salopek, Ivica Šošić, Mirko Pribanić, Marko Pribanić i još nekoliko kojih se ovaj tren ne mogu sjetiti.
Bicikl sam naučio voziti sa 7 godina starosti. Tada su bicikli bili veliki i nogu smo provlačili ispod rame i tako okretali pedale i vozili. Bicikle, svoje i od prijatelja servisiram od svoje 10 godine. Trenutno imam dva bicikla: cestovni i običan gradski. Sam na njima sve kompletno servisiram – sajle, mjenjače, lance i kasetne zupčanike i sve ostalo što treba. Na cestovnom biciklu vozim na trećoj kaseti koju promjenim nakon 20 tisuća kilometara i četvrtom lancu kojeg promjenim nakon 15 tisuća kilometara, svake godine promjenim vanjske gume nakon odvoženih 10 do 12 tisuća kilometara. Posebno pazim da kočnice i gume budu ispravne jer je to dvoje NAJVAŽNIJE u vožnji, posebno nizbrdo gdje dostižem brzine i preko 70 km/h. Na biciklima kao obavezno imam prednje i zadnje svjetlo koje uključujem kod smanjene vidljivosti.
Pozivam sve ostale koji voze da i dalje voze i nove da se vrate bicilističkoj vožnji jer je to vrlo zdravo za organizam i raspoloženje kao i uživanje u prirodnim ljepotama.
Odvozio sam skoro sve gradove u Republici Hrvatskoj i mogu reći da po ljepoti, klimi i ugodnom življenu je Ogulin među prvima. Ima 3 jezera, rijeke Dobru i Zagorsku Mrežnicu, usred grada Đulin ponor, predivan park, prekrasne i zdrave šume, Klek, ugodne ljude, turistički je posebno cijenjen u Republici Hrvatskoj, a za biciklizam je idealan i s dosta ravnih cesta kao i s dosta cesta s usponom, te s puno šumovitih staza za mountain bike vožnju.
Ujedno, pošto rijetko objavljujem na FB-u, svima želim sve najbolje u dolazećim božničnim blagdanima i sve najbolje u novoj 2025. godini.
