DOLAZI PLIN. PA TKO VOLI, NEK IZVOLI.
Već mjesec dana, naveliko se radi na plinskoj mreži po gradu. Točnije, trenutno u MO Proce. Kopaju se kanali i postavljaju plinske instalacije. A na plin smo, gotovo već zaboravili. Samo da se podsjetimo, da je 18.1.2012, paljenjem plina u specijalnoj posudi, ex gradonačelnik Magdić, pustio je u rad dio plinske mreže u našem gradu, koju je izgradila Montcogim-Plinara.
Tvrtka PLINACRO, u potpunom vlasništvu države, plin je još 2009. godine dovela do Ogulina, te u Galgama izgradila plinsku stanicu. Na žalost, tada je lokalna plinska mreža postavljena prilikom kopanja kanalizacije, samo u Frankopanskoj ulici i prema Svetom Jakovu, jer to je kod investitora uvjetovao župan Vučić, te na potezu od rotora do Svetoga Jakova, prilikom izgradnje kanalizacijskog sustava.
I gradonačelnik Magdić i župan Vučić, u nekoliko su puta intervenirali kod koncesionara – tvrtke Montcogim, koja je koncesiju dobila još 2002. godine, ali učinila vrlo malo. Župan Vučić išao je tako daleko, da je čak zaprijetio i oduzimanjem koncesije za cijelu Karlovačku županiju.
Kako bi se ubrzala plinifikacija, oformljeno je Povjerenstvo kome je zadatak bio koordinacija izgradnje plinske mreže po jedinicama lokalne samouprave. Time je stvar znatno ubrzana, i Montcogim je krenuo u daljnju izgradnju lokalne mreže, od plinske stanice u Galgama, preko Pešćenice, kroz Bolničku ulicu do rotora pa, prema Svetom Jakovu. Time su stečeni uvjeti, da se pripoje i prvi potrošači. Plin je dobila POS-ova zgrada kod Elektre, i Dom zdravlja. Međutim, u Domu zdravlja su se, kako mi reče ravnateljica Zlata Kurelac, prebacili ponovno na lož ulje, jer im je, zbog rata u Ukrajini, plin znatno poskupio. Na plin se grije sportska dvorana Ivica Cindrić - Piva, jer nemaju alternativu.
Nakon toga došlo je do višegodišnjeg zastoja, da bi se sada intenzivirali radovi na gradskoj plinskoj mreži. Nakon Proca, ide se u Saboršćansku ulicu, Trg dr. Franje Tuđmana, A. Stepinca, A. Šenoe, te u ulicu J.B. Jelačića, od semafora, do željezničke pruge.
Sada, pitanje je, tko će se priključiti na mrežu, obzirom na današnju cijenu. Naime, nabavna cijena plina do sada je iznosila 26,40 eura po megavatsatu (MWh), a po novome „skače“ na 37,50 eura/MWh, što je porast za 42,5 posto. Uz trošak nabave, krajnja cijena plina sadrži i trošak distribucije.
Kakav interes vidi investitor u svemu, meni ovako neupućenom, baš i nije jasno. Ako se kreće u bilo kakav biznis, nekako je logično da se prije ispita tržište i zanimanje za neki proizvod ili uslugu, pa se onda ide u gradnju. U razgovoru s nekolicinom stanovnika Proca, tvrde mi da nitko nije kontaktiran da li je zainteresiran za uvođenje plina. Kanali su jednostavno iskopani, cijevi postavljene i sve je ponovno zatrpano. Kako kaže predsjednik MO Proce, Miodrag Matijašić – Buggy asfaltiranje prometnica biti koncem ovog mjeseca. A kada se, i ako, netko odluči uvesti plin, kopati ćemo ponovno.
