OBILAZNICA - U KRATKOM ROKU ZAVRŠEN IDEJNI PROJEKT

Osim krucijalnog projekta - Retencija Ogulin, isto tako važno za razvoj grada, je i obilaznica koja bi nas rješila sve većih prometnih problema. U ljeto prošle godine, Ogulin je posjetio ministar Oleg Butković sa suradnicima. Tema sastanka bila je cestovna i željeznička infrastruktura grada Ogulina i Karlovačke županije.
O prometnom problemu Ogulina i ogulinske poslovne zone, te potrebe za izgradnjom obilaznice grada Ogulina, ministra su upoznali gradonačelnik Dalibor Domitrović i predstavnici tvrtki, koji su iznesli svoje poslovne planove i prometne probleme. Na sreću, na tome se nije stalo. Tako su Hrvatske ceste kao investitor u projektu izgradnje obilaznice Ogulina, i projektantska tvrtka Projektni biro P45, u veljači potpisali ugovor za izradu idejnog rješenja i studije utjecaja na okoliš za izgradnju obilaznice. Vrijednost ugovora iznosila je 350 tisuća kuna s PDV-om a rok za dovršetak idejnog projekta je tri mjeseca, zbog čega je projektant odmah krenuo s izradom dokumentacije. Neobično za naše prilike, brzo su bili gotovi i jučer su, u gradskoj upravi, projektanti Marko Jerinić i Ivan Turkalj, predstavili dovršeno idejno rješenje.
Obilaznica je prema idejnom rješenju kolničke širine 7,1 metara, što znači da je bitno šira od postojeće D42 koja vodi kroz grad, i dužine nešto manje od 10 kilometara. Na njoj se nalaze 2 prolaza, odnosno podvožnjaka, i 3 prijelaza, odnosno nadvožnjaka, od kojih je najznačaniji onaj preko željezničke pruge s tri raspona - jednim za postojeći kolosijek, drugim za izgradnju drugog kolosijeka pruge i trećim za industrijski kolosijek prema poduzetničkoj zoni.
Ovo idejno rješenje će biti podloga za izradu studije utjecaja na okoliš za koju je isto tako rok 3 mjeseca, a nakon toga idući korak je ishođenje rješenja o prihvatljivosti za okoliš za što je rok 6 mjeseci. Gradonačelnik je naglasio da će gradske službe i dalje Hrvatskim cestama i projektantskoj kući, pružati svu moguću podršku, kako bi projekt u što kraćem roku bio realiziran.
No na konačno dovršenje toliko nam značajne obilaznice, ipak ćemo malo pričekati. Rok izgradnje je malo duži. Oko sedam godina. To je prilikom svoje posjete Ogulinu spomenuo ministar Butković. Trenutna procijenjena vrijednost projekta obilaznice iznosi 200 milijuna kuna.
