Nakon sjednice Vlade odrađeno još nekoliko, za Ogulin, iznimno značajnih projekata. Aktualiziran je i životno važan projekt obilaznice koja bi grad oslobodila sadašnjeg i budućeg prometnog kopalsa. Na tu temu već su održano nekoliko sastanaka ministra Butkovića, župana Jelića i saborskog zastupnika Tomislava Lipoščaka. U vezi s time donesen je zaključak da Vlada Republike Hrvatske podupire realizaciju Projekta obilaznice Grada Ogulina. Stoga je zaduženo Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture da, u suradnji s društvom Hrvatske ceste d.o.o., osigura izradu studijske i projektne dokumentacije te da razmotri modele financiranja tog projekta. To će, moramo biti realni, potrajati malo duže. Ministar Butković pri posljednjem boravku o Ogulinu, spomenuo je rok od 5 - 7 godina. Jer radi se o velikom projektu vrijednosti oko 200 milijuna kuna.
Donesena je i Odluka o darovanju Gradu Ogulinu dio bivše vojarne „Sveti Petar“, u svrhu izgradnje dječjeg vrtića. Željko Stipetić i njegovi„ nezavisni“ u Gradskom vijeću, koji su se oko toga dobrano angažirali i gurali projekt, sada mogu biti zadovoljni.
Donesena je i Odluka o o darovanju nekretnina u k.o. Ogulin Gradu Ogulinu, ukupne površine 3758 m², u svrhu rekonstrukcije dijela Šenoine ulice i dijela ulice I. G. Kovačića.

Odluka o dodjeli državnog zemljišta za proširenje Poslovne zone, još je u fazi pripreme, ali taj posao je pri kraju, i kako mi je rečeno, neće dugo čekati.
Naš saborski zastupnik Tomislav Lipoščak, nakon sjendice Vlade i donesenih odluka je rekao:
