Pozivamo, u otvorenom internetskom savjetovanju, svu zainteresiranu javnost da dostavi svoje prijedloge, mišljenja i primjedbe na Nacrt prijedloga Odluke o određivanju imena novog trga u Ogulinu.
OBRAZLOŽENJE
Komisija za imenovanje ulica i trgova temeljem članka 32. Poslovnika Gradskog vijeća Grada Ogulina (GlasnikKarlovačke ţupanije br. 25/09, 12/13 i 9/15) nakon dostavljene inicijative Udruge za demokraciju i civilne aktivnosti, Ogulin, Škrile I 45 utvrdila je Nacrt prijedloga Odluke o određivanju imena novog trga u Ogulinu –Trg Petra Stipetića.Lokacija predloţenog trga nalazila bi se na dijelu ulice IvanaGorana Kovačića i to od raskrižja s ulicom Ivana banaMažuranića do Trga hrvatskih rodoljuba uključujući dio ulice Bernardina Frankopana.Sastavni dio Nacrta prijedloga Odluke je grafički prikaz Trga Petra Stipetića.
Do promjene bi došlo na slijedećim adresama: Ivana Gorana Kovačića 1, 2, 3, i 5.
Istaknute su velike zasluge nedavno preminulog počasnoggrađanina Grada Ogulina generala Petra Stipetićau stvaranju Republike Hrvatske. Sukladno članku 9. stavku 1. Zakona o naseljima („Narodne novine“ br. 54/88), ime naselja, ulice i trga određuje skupština općine uz pribavljeno mišljenje mjesnih zajednica na čijem području se nalazi naselje, ulica odnosno trg. Konačnu odluku o nazivu novog trga donosi Gradsko vijeće Grada Ogulina nakon prethodno pribavljenog mišljenja Vijeća Mjesnog odbora Ogulin.
CILJEVI PROVOĐENJA SAVJETOVANJA
Cilj provođenja savjetovanja sa zainteresiranom javnošću je upoznavanje javnosti s Nacrtom prijedloga Odluke o određivanju imena novog trga u Ogulinui dobivanje mišljenja, primjedbi i prijedloga te eventualno prihvaćanje zakonitih i stručno utemeljenih prijedloga, primjedbi i mišljenja.

Izrađivač nacrta akta, nakon provedenog postupka savjetovanja sastavlja izvješće u kojem su sadržane prihvaćene i neprihvaćene primjedbe i prijedlozi iz rasprave te ga
